Wesnoth Project Council
As required by the Constitution, an initial Project Council consisting of, at a minimum, the General Code, Mainline Content, and Art Direction maintainers has been formed. As the Project Manager, I also decided to split off specific areas so they can have their own maintainer who is particularly knowledgeable of that area. Maintainers are responsible for reviewing issues and PRs related to their area(s), and are ideally the first person to ask about said area(s). For PRs in particular, I will also try to make sure the correct people are assigned as reviewers on Github.
