Map of Wesnoth framed.

Post by miyo »

Aiya,

the official map of wesnoth, hand-drawn by Benj, and which was given to me when I visited France (LSM 2004) has been framed.

What, you didn't get a custom-made frame to match the one in the game? SACRILEGE!

Seriously though, it does look nice.
It's all fun and games until someone loses a lawsuit. Oh, and by the way, sending me private messages won't work. :/ If you must contact me, there's an e-mail address listed on the website in my profile.

I don't think we need to canonize that in-game frame - it is one thing I would certainly like to see go, based on the fact that it simply looks like a bad bit of 3d rendering.

The very least we could do to that damn thing would be to anti-alias the edges where it overlaps the map.

The map it borders, though, is quite nice. Congrats to Benj for making it.
