Phoenix (Feniks) era

I found this era in the 1.12 unit list tree, It includes the two Zakon factions, but when I search it on the 1.12 addon server, I can't find it.
Where can I download this era ?
Beheld the origins of BFW.

i think the author took it down as he considers them to be outdated.
