Dig deeper in the downloads section. And be aware when installing an older version:
At mine´s it overwrites the current one without asking.(I need the root passphrase, tough)

Thanks, guys. I could just trash the newer Wesnoth when I play the old one, then take it out when I was done.

it seems like dave would have an archive of versions laying around in the bowels of his computer
btw wow those versions look terrible compared to wesnoth now :shock:
I got lost in thought, it was unknown territory.
