Just so everybody knows. I have edited the url layout for IRC.

It WAS in the format of "irc://irc.server.net/#channel"
This would cause clients to join ##channel.

I changed it to "irc://irc.server.net/channel"
This allows the client to join #channel.
I also posted a discussion note on this.

I had edited this before and it got reset. I had also edited this on another page. That page still has my edit.
