Avatar max sizes (x,y,kb).
My question will be simple, how about to increase avatar max size to 15kb, because with max 10kb I can't use this:
Another question (which isn't required for this image higher posted) maybe we could also increase max x, max y from 100 to 150 pixels.

Why not just compress it. However 100px is large enough.
