I've removed the file from add-ons. I don't have access to upload it to SF, so there is no file.
But still I don't understand why the size of attachment limit is so secret?
As for generating, it is an offtopic in this thread, but I need compiled binaries for that and then I compare them. One way is to use Far Manager + Advanced Compare + Temporary Panel. Everything is BSD licensed, so if somebody want to automate the process - you can borrow things from there.
