Map #13, by the name of "Paths of Hades"

Post by F8 Binds... »

Here it is... It's in my latest release of my map pack as well. Basic settings, 1221. Players have different paths of engagement. Commentary is welcome.

How about a keep with three or four castles in the middle?

I played this map on the server once and liked it, as did all of the other three players. No idea how balanced it is, but no-one noticed any major issues.

more cow-bell.

anyway. you might want to start doing some wml too. just another map isnt all that exciting. like, i played some game against someone who made a map that shrunk every 4 turns, (edges covered with impassable lava) that was very fun. you dont have to go as rpg-ish as eg dotg (and there are so many rpg-s anyway), but some little trait could spice it up.

I think F8 maps are great as they are, some of us don't have the time to invest into a project like that.(meaning the thing about the lava)

I've been brought back to life...

Yes, I've been busier lately. And yes, Syntax I'm looking into WML. For now my knowledge is very limited, but I have had ideas including WML. I intend to add maps like this once I have the capability to do so. Other than that... I welcome ya'll from my "disappearance".
