What are all these for?

Couldn't you consolidate them all into 1 thread?
(or a download on the campaign server?)

Player 3 would be the first all attack and their need a bit of advantage...

i've heard map code does that...

i did try it in one thread but got a couple PM's saying
it was sloooooooowwww.....

umm i have no idea how to do the server thing... :oops: :shock:

Well, you need to create a ".pbl" file and have your data organized a certain way. If you're interested I can look up and post the info for you, or someone else might before I do.

You need to organize your maps like MP-scenarios in userdata/data/campaigns/
First you need a YourMaps.cfg file in this folder that should look like this:

	{@campaigns/YourMaps/}

Then you need a MP-scenario for every map. A scenario cfg file that could look like this:

	id=your_map_id
	name= _ "Title (does usually start with the number of players)"
	description= _ "A cool description why your map is the pwning uber map goes here!"
	map_data="{@campaigns/YourMaps/maps/your_map.map}"

	{DEFAULT_SCHEDULE} #Default time of day schedule
	{DEFAULT_MUSIC_PLAYLIST} #Music for your scenario

	[side] #When copying side tags then just modify side=X and team_name=X
	side=1
	canrecruit=1
	controller=human
	team_name=1
	fog=yes
	[/side]
	[side]
	side=2
	canrecruit=1
	controller=human
	team_name=2
	fog=yes
	[/side]
[/multiplayer]
In this scenario file you can just customize the attribute values. You must have located a file named your_map.map in userdata/data/campaigns/YourMaps/maps/
Don't forget to add more [side] tags if your map is for more than 2 players.

For each map put a scenario file in userdata/data/campaigns/YourMaps
If you are still not sure how to do that just download a map pack from the campaign server and look how they have done it. (That's the best way to learn WML, IMO)

hmmm...these are straight forward raw maps
for MP play.....if i make a team map i clearly
state that "if you'll look at other maps i've made"
so there is no confusion...

some are imitations some are fantasy some
are both...

ugh...no scn./camp. for me at this time....that
would be normally for the scn thread yes? thanks
for the info on that though...

You should not create a [binary_path] for a multiplayer map-pack (this tag is for campaigns that contain additional images, sounds, or music not included with Wesnoth). See BinaryPathWML for more info.
