Papelmedia soundfont

Post by jdsampayo »

Hello, I want to buy some sounds, and want to know your opinion about this one:

Papelmedia

The quality will be good enough to create something decent? (and of course, wesnoth usable ;))
And how is the cost relatively? (I don't know much about good sound samples)

I finally ended my school career : ) it's time to work...

Well... for 27€, its pretty good. Then, its not as good as EWQL, but you can't beat this price! :)

I think i sounds decent.

If you're looking for orchestral soundfonts I can send you a copy of SSO. It's still in beta but it won't cost you a dime.

I would either go with West's SSO, or just save up and get EWQL Silver, it only cost me $150, which is about €100, and it's actual instruments.

Those synths are ok, but if you're serious about making great quality music, than i'm sorry but it just won't cut it.

Cool!

Are you using SFZ Player though? The samples sound oddly aliased. But it might be that you need more reverb.
