[UMC] Ranged attacks cost gold
Ranged attacks need arrows, mana potions or something else. That's why they, both offensively and defensively, cost a few gold pieces. The exact amount is total damage (not considering chance to miss, time of day, leadership nor enemy resistances) divided by ten. For example, spearman's ranged attack would cost one gold piece and javelineer's ranged attack two gold pieces. You can make your unit do no ranged counterattacks if you don't want to lose gold that way.

attacker_hits and defender_hits events, there is $damage_inflicted available.
