How about you could put more negative income in multiplayer games?
-2 is kinda low.
If it would be availeble you could easily change the importance of villages, like put -10 income, then put villages produce 3 gold instead of 2. Then losing a village would be a bigger deal.
Or put -20 negative income, but give the players 250 starting gold.

You haven't explained why this would be a good thing..... so why would you want this change?
And I doubt the game is balanced for this change.

but the option would be nice, you can already change between -2 and +20 so why not make it -20 to +20. It is something if the host of the map wants to do so, they could be given the option to do so.
(Is the game balanced for +5 gold from villages and +15 income, I doubt it, but this is in the game already.)
