Spotify is indeed awesome. The free phone version isn't too awesome, though. :-P Really dig the free desktop one. I like jamming out to some ApologetiX and Lindsey Stirling with it.

Bitrates and formats:

320kbps Ogg - Spotify Premium
320kpbs MP3 - Mogg, also Beats Music (Apple)
256kbps AAC - typical iTunes downloads
192kbps AAC+ - Pandora One
192kbps AAC (max) - Youtube
192kbps Ogg - Spotify Free
128-192kbps MP3/AAC - plug.dj (piggybacks on Youtube and Soundcloud)
128kbps MP3 - Soundcloud, also Slacker
128kbps MP3 (max) - Jango
64kbps AAC+ - Pandora Free

For the same bitrate, AAC+ > AAC > Ogg > MP3, roughly speaking, but once you get to 320kbps the differences are minor.

I've been enjoying some slightly abnormal tunage by Rhett & Link: My OCD, Nilla Wafer Top Hat Time, and Have You Ever.

Hope I'm not intruding by replying here; I'm assuming this is fine because it's stickied.

I really am interested in Doom Metal, and Progressive Metal.
I also really enjoy Pink Floyd and their style, along with just rock and roll.
A lot of the metal I listen to is aspired from bands like Pink Floyd, which is probably why I like them so much, but that's just speculation.

Some bands that I like:
Doom Metal:
Pallbearer - This is my favorite song, which is not something easy for me to say.
Progressive Metal:
ISIS - This is my favorite Prog. Metal band
Inter Arma - The Long Road Home
Lately I've been listening to some experimental music that combines Doom Metal with raw rock and roll, if anybody is interested:
Druid, Druid

King Crimson: Time to start The Great Deceiver live albums since I've finally worked my way through the studio albums enough times.
Genesis pre 1978 w/ Steve Hacket and pre 1976 w/ Peter Gabriel. Always love Peter's performance.
Solaris
Cynic: 2007 album Traced in the Air. I love it so much.
Opeth: 2007 album Ghost Reveries. I like it a lot more than Still Life.
The Rolling Stones: I never listened to their albums before, only on the radio. I really like Exile on Main Street.

Local push:
Mammatus from Santa Cruz, California. I am looking forward to their next album. Their live shows remind me of early Genesis in the way they play their hearts out for peanuts and the chance to play their music the way they want. They love to play their music the way they want.

They're dressed up like wizards...

edit:
My next project will probably be Gentle Giant.

Thanks for the link.

Wow, I usually don't listen to this kind of music (I like Two steps from hell and Wim Mertens music), but I seriously like this one...

Any good CC0 BGMs for wesnoth PVP?

Post by gaojicainiao »

Hello everyone!
I want to share more PVP video records for Chinese players.(Sorry that I have no way to visit YouTube with a satisfactory speed recently) But I have no many suitable BGMs for PVP videos, so I need some suggestions.
I don't want to worry about copyright problems. CC0 music will be better.
Thanks a lot!
