Actually, it functions very well for an RTS game. I started designing one myself. I made a unit that has 30xp to advance, and when advancing it may pick from:
+5 hp, +20xp more to advance next time
+1 melee damage, +20xp

This is a propopal for an actual set of dwarvish runes, I can write them fluently and they look right to me. Anybody can feel free to use them as they wish, and i'd like some feedback
1v1 map with a little castle hopping. I've playtested and changed it alot, and now I think its good enough to show. Its difficult to get good playtesting for balance,but it seems that all factions have equal chance to win if played well.

New 1 vs 1 map. The testing of the map was good; the map seems balanced and is a good size (at least I like this size maps :)).

Alright, I would like to challenge people to defeat the new Drake&Saurian alliance with any other faction on this map; whilst keeping experience over 70% (As only one drake can reach level 3, low exp would give an unfair advantage) and keeping money equal for both sides.
I'd need to finish my Dryad unit to give this more flavor, but it might be a fun idea to have a campaign centering around the elves defense against the orcish attacks at the start of HTTT.
What would set this apart from HTTT would be that the elves might have access to certain units...
As fun as it is to play campaigns that aren't even half completed, and then replay the first scenarios each time I retry the campaign, it'd be nice to know if user campaigns on the campaign server are complete.
At the moment, each campaign author seems to have adopted his own version number...
