Wesnoth has an extensive list of units for every fraction, which is in my opinion very cool and also very balanced now. There is only one thing I think could still be improved: the Northerners and the Knalgans could use one or two more branches (units to choose between when they level).

I was thinking about the peasants, and why they advance the way they do. I'm assuming that its because they join the army. I was thinking, another way for them to survive would be turning to theivery. So my idea is, how about having them upgrade into theives also?
