Slight update, Wescraft has been updated slightly. This now uses a custom unit instead of fog clearer, a generic blank unt for some on-the-fly unit creation, it just means the mod is protected when/if the fog clearer option is deprecated (as is suggested), it also removes the warning shown on-screen...

I was able to fix this by just putting [units] around the [unit_type] item for a replacement fog clearer in it's own units directory and declare this in main.cfg, I renamed my custom version to 'Generic Unit' so it doesn't look as odd any more in the unit panel. my version of Conquest (original gameplay) etc. Conquest+/ Space etc. are now on 1.16 server, maybe for further Conq updates see my own thread at viewtopic.php?f=15&t=50203#p645004 (as all other conq versions seem to be dead these days).

Had a bash at updating to include a copy of Fog Clearer (unit_type cfg) in a new units folder, declared that folder in _main.cfg, changed the name/ids and then referenced these in [unit]type=.... but can't get this to work, just get a Lua error ingame that the unit_type isn't recognised, double chec...
