Those two pink pixels are what bug me about the whole sprite. Though to be perfectly honest, as they work for red and not blue, it looks more like a bug in Wesnoth than an error on my part.

I must've misread it. :oops:

OK, I've redone the sprite, and found a way around my crappy WML to test how it looks in game. Only problem was one pixel that wouldn't TC with blue, so that pixel is no longer TC.

OK, I did as Jetryl suggested and brightened L2 Gwiti's hood. Unfortunately, this is again totally untested as my WML sucks, so copy/pasting the {MAGENTA_IS_THE_TEAM_COLOR} line didn't work.

Technically I could afford to just copy & paste then slightly darken the Dark Sorcerer's team colouring then - leaving only the challenge of magenta-ing Gwiti's hood so that Nati's turns out right. But that's a task for tomorrow. Today, I sleep.

So in other words, I could've just stuck the Gwi'ti head on the Sorcerer body and technically got what I wanted. Damn. I need to think of something more distinctive than a head swap now... I have this urge to do the next scenario for TDH, but having never edited a map before I feel certain I'd mess it up. However, I can think of a level that probably should be done first: a tiny bit of insight into Gwiti's past. Specifically: there must be a reason for him to hate Nati other than that...

Thanks for the advice. The shadow is basically unchanged from when I ripped the PNG from Wesnoth's game files, and the JPG format can probably be blamed on Photobucket. The latter can be solved with a better host; the former, well, I don't have Photoshop, I used the sprite editor in Game Maker Lite ...
