I just got to Return to Morogor. And suddenly, Malakar is back to being a Flare with no experience, my recall list is empty, and Kogw is also missing. What's wrong? Is there any way I can fix it so that I can keep playing?

I see that you know that the enemy is not recruiting. Only one WC ever got recruited. Also, when you kill the leader, you lose rather than win. You might want to spellchecking your messages.

Yes, it's there, but it's not finding it, so I expect the paths are still messed up somewhere, I just couldn't see it. Changing the ones I did fixed a bunch of problems, but I think there must still me something I missed. That's my guess anyway.

I like the whole soul, body thing as well. I look forward to the rest of the story. I agree that you could probably add another place for recruiting on the first scenario. Even if he were generating one every single turn, I expect it would be almost too easy.

I've started playing this campaign. The images for the Dajarum and Mance are not showing up. I found that the image directories use uppercase, so I changed Units to units, Human-Outlaws to human-outlaws, etc. You'll need to fix your directory structure.
