Re: Do you save and reload? If so, why?

It really depends on the campaign. Some campaigns resemble regular gameplay enough that cheezing them never occurs to me. Some campaigns, or even just maps, at higher difficulty are basically an excercise in whether you can do it no matter how much you reload. Also, sometimes so much hinges on a sin...

Re: Some feedback

Tank you and this is very nice to hear. I can't check my version right now, but I'll tell you when I do. And yes, quite a bunch of things feel like it was made when the game had fewer elements to it. I'm looking forward to seeing that change in the future. And I would not really recommend setting A ...

Some feedback

Hi, I've playe Wesnoth quite a bit over the years, but I haven't participated with feedback much. So I guess I'll give some now. 1) I've installed, loaded a campaign and uninstalled multiple times over the years, all due to the same thing - the Heir to the throne campaign. Every time I download Wesn...

Re: Croatian translation - it's very, very bad

Working on it. The first pass is just going to be somewhat better with a lot of the terrible things, typo's and stuff fixed, and most of the empty space plugged (+ picking up terminology), which should make it a lot easier on the brain, then a secnd pass might get it fully sorted out.

Re: Croatian translation - it's very, very bad

Thank you VERY much, I'll check all this stuff out and try to get to work. And yes, I think I understand how it goes with core keywords in software and stuff. Thanks for the midful advice, though.

Well, that's a start, thank you. I'll try to mail the Croatian translation guy first. It looks complicated.

Croatian translation - it's very, very bad

Hi, I've played the game on and off before but this is the first time I tried my native tongue translation. I am horrified. Maybe it's better in the campaigns than it is in the tutorial, but I can't possibly use dismissive enough language or enough negative hyperbole to do justice to the description...
