I see utils folder is still not included, kind of moot to provide gui.pyw when the wmlxgettext it depends on to work with is missing.
Can anyone simply provide me with the utils folder so i can proceed creating .po files for my stuff ?

It would be an improvement, as currently must use weapon-specials to define an soft-chaotic(awful?) alignment. Soft version would obtain 10% instead 25% and suffer no penalty. Currently we are using dots to signify village ownership. How about we use colored hex shape instead for villages, as the dot can be quite confusing to guess which hex that is, inspecially on larger maps where the minimap remains too small. Thank you both! I know of the effect wml, as have already used it elsewhere, but still wanted able to do it in this way too.
Ravana, what is that other better way you hinted, was it the EffectWML zookeeper mentioned ?
