Btw, where on the web-page it is said that all content of the web-page is GPL? I'm not a dev, so this isn't an official answer, but I think that GPL states that you can use anything in this website for non-commercial purposes. The developers have a final say but it is up to the consumer (us) to decide what we want in a product and if we believe that we have a decent viable perspective to maybe have the people higher up consider it. I think that individual unit tweaking is a very good thing, and that it should be used more often. I think that units should have variety, and not be so restricted to movetypes.
