It's fine to tweak units for practice. But try to look at what you create realistically and compare them with unit pictures currently in the game. Indeed.. and this issue wo0uld be easily solved by not having any leader have this ability. After all, these are commanders and they are not supposed to throw their lives away to dispose of an enemy.
