Re: The new Wesnoth logo and the Loyalist sigil
I also prefer Oldania - the first of the two fonts. :hmm: I think there's a major concern in designing this where you really, really want to stretch-and-kern the text so that "Battle" and "Wesnoth" occupy equal amounts of horizontal space, so that the logo feels balanced. This wa...

It does! I'd say it's good to go in. Thanks for doing this.

Re: Standing and idle animations?
The animation looks great, but it'd be nice if we could tone down quite how strong the circular motion is - probably by a full half or so. Hopefully that's not too hard to tweak.
Thanks for doing this, though!

Re: Standing and idle animations?
There's a dark line on his face during the first descending frame (underneath his nose and such), other than that, this looks quite nice. I think if you're able to fix that, we're probably comfortable with this being ready to go in.

Re: Standing and idle animations?
Looks very good to me, but one thing seems strange, it's the movement of the beard. The beard moves way too much up and down, like it is not attached to the face. I think this one issue ought to be fixed - in one particular frame, the beard is especially low. If we move it up a pixel in that frame,...

Re: Standing and idle animations?
More - the bottom of the cloak moves side-to-side about 3 pixels; drop that down to 2 or so. Right under the belt the movement is fine, it's how much movement there is down at the bottom that's the problem.

Re: Standing and idle animations?
@Kwandulin: Niiiiice. @Zoomo: It's good. Tone down the shifting of the cape near his feet, slightly. "I'm not sure exactly what to do on the feet.." <- nothing. The robe resting on the ground should be still, it's only as "drapery" - only when draping in the open air, that it sho...

Re: Icons
What vult said, and I also think the bottom of it is cast a little too deeply in shadow. Other than that this is great!
Icons like this are extremely welcome - they're a huge resource for modders.

Re: Zombies
I think this can go in. It's got the same issues as the prior drawing, so I encourage you to do what you can to fix those skillset issues over time, but - none of them are bad enough to disqualify it.
Thanks for doing this.
