My bad. Thanks zookeeper. The web SVN repository was just displaying it as "name=eloh_dead", somehow the '^E' character wasn't being displayed. I don't know how it crept in there.

Can you repeat the crash? What actions caused the crash. Please go here and post a bug report:

Re: Unsaveable scenario

I'd like to know if the [set_variable] name=^Eeloh_dead value=0 [/set_variable] is mistake [read bug] or not. Especially CTRL+E at the beginning of the variable name makes it unsaveable (save is correct, but load fails) on Linux :-( If players cannot save the scenario, please, inform them ;-) I sho...

They're okay, but I prefer just using text descriptions of the attack types. Having icons under the words seems unnecessary, and the words do a better jobs. But I suppose the devs can argue about this somewhere else.

These are really nice. I'm impessed.

With all the attack icons being converted to the new style, I'm going to have to get someone to do a new version of the bolas, else they'll really stick out.

Yay! Every turn autosaving is really useful. Saving at the beginning of each turn is also a huge boon to players who want to try different strategies.

If it really gets bad, why not remove the bars all together and have them only show when you roll your mouse over or select the unit? Having the HP and XP bars remain hidden except when you mouseover the unit sounds like a horrible idea. The whole point of the bars is that they let the player see t...

I agree that removing HP and XP bars during combat is an example of graphics taking precident over gameplay. Sure we want to make the game look pretty, but we're hiding important information from the player. I think this change should be carefully re-considered before we implement it in such an impo...

uhh, it runs half the time. Again it quits BfW. But this time as the undead emissary wants to fade. Curious is, that I thought, directly after Nym's speech should appear new objectivities, but it doesn't. Right away the emissary comes and fades and before he is killed it quits BfW. Try this scenari...

Perhaps the added hints should just be on easy difficulty. Even with the hints I'm convinced that some players just skip through the dialogue, so there's nothing you can do to guide them.

I don't know what's wrong with my Shyde.
I don't know why that happens. I think the bug may already be fixed in 1.1.3. I'll look into it.

I find this campaign plays very slowly now- at the end of a unit move, there is a long pause, and the same if a unit is spotted, and some other circumstances. This isn't true of other campaigns, and it wasn't true of UTBS in earlier versions of Wesnoth either. My guess is WML processing has been ch...

Re: reply

Thanks, for the quick answer, but in my Version there isn't any of this errors. I still have not downloaded 1.1.3, but in 1.1.2 these bugs are already fixed or the bugs 2 and 3 are not there, because the whole line is missing. Must I download 1.1.3? 1.1.3 fixes a lot of other little bugs that were ...

Pater-Brown, I sympathize with your frustration. However those errors appear every time and don't have anything to do with your crash. What's important is the final line the error log. Hopefully the new version of wesnoth will have fixed this bug. Here's what I suggest you do: Download wesnoth 1.1.3...

It looks like fixing the bug in the scenario: "In the Domain of the Dwarves" is going to take some time. I'm sorry. In the meantime I suggest you go back and ally with the dwarves in the previous scenario.
