Thanks a lot for responding ravana! Ok so the #ifdef is out of the question, is there any way to do this then? For example i want to advance the elvish druid to a shyde and a new unit called a mystic, and the elvish hero to the champion and a new unit called the legend, and the rogue to the assassin...

I have version 1.12.0 and i was just wondering how to update to the newest 1.12 version, i saw the download link on this website, however it seems like if i do re-download the entire game, uninstall the old version and install the new version that it is more effort then its worth and i might as well...

Unfortunately, though that means the problem I'm having with the unit database is going to be hard to fix, because i only can test if I've solved it once a week :P .

The reason none of the images are showing up is because of your errors in your log file

I am unfortunately having a similar problem (which is not yet fixed) but suggest you check you binary_path and where you load your images in your addon

I would suggest if you can't find out why the ai is changing without you defining it that you remove a bunch of your code, objects and units (put it in some other txt document not being run) and seeing at what point it begins to work again.

You have a good point, but compared to all the other units you mentioned (trolls,woses,drake clashers) the dwarvish guardsmen has a pretty low attack, the troll whelp is a little weak in my opinion but once he advances to a troll he is a formidable opponent. Thanks for responding! Yeah i thought it might be a version problem at first also, but the era works fine in wesnoth 1.12. It only breaks when its on the unit database ( https://units.wesnoth.org/1.12/Reign_of_the_Lords/en_US/era_lords.html ) - half the units don't show up. Also when i click overvie...
