There are good reasons why most MP games are for 3 or less players. The game would be of larger scales than it's supposed to, and therefore often last too long. It's unfun to wait for other players, and if one player quit the whole party is ruined. So it's not recommended to have 4p maps bigger than...

It can function. But IIRC Dugi said something can be broken because of debug mode, maybe duplicated AMLA options?

The hard difficulty looks impossible. In the first scenario, if the player retreats and defends by the river, the enemy would group up and refuse to initiate attacks. Then the time is not enough. One way I can see this work is if you make a scenario where players can do several challenges repetitive. The number of total tries can be taken as scores.

I guess it's possible to create overlays from existing core images. For example, you can take the items/potion-red.png, shrink it and put it at the corner.

It's not about being a bad guy. Mindra's mother killed Anea's grandma, so she doesn't feel very helpful to me. It feels like some ugly surprise awaits.
