Tiuchscreen controll type
In the older versions of Wesnoth,(Windows touch screen) I could just tap on the unit and then tap again to move, now I need to drag them, and to recruid I had to hold pressed, now I have to tap twice quickly, Is there a way to revert to the old way of controlling the game?

Re: Developing a new Wesnoth Game
I don't think there will be problems, considering that there are already some card games based on Wesnoth.

Re: Elves that are not Elves
Another interesting thing is that the Leprechaun, here is also called Folletto Irlandese (Irlandese means Irish), so it seems that they are the same race (or a subspicie) just with a different outfit and culture. And most Folleti (If not Santa's helpers), like to annoy people by pranking them like t...

Wow, thanks, I had no idea that this existed, it should be more advertised, I wish I knew this time ago.Not quite as user friendly, but there is technically this (username=guest, leave the password blank).

Re: Anyone still playing Wesnoth?
Yes, I agree with a lot of points reported in the first post. And that counter to see how many players are online is a great idea, so ppl would know and say something like "Oh there are a lot of players online right now, good to know, better to log in now, to have more chances to play with some...

Elves that are not Elves
And this year Christmas is gone. And this made me think again about something weired, here in my country especially before all these Holliday movies about Xmas imported from the U.S., often Santa's Elves were considered a completely different race, called Folletti. At least so everyone around me cal...

Re: A question for developers, do we matter ?
Sounds a bit complicated, I don't saw all these problems when cavalry got nerfed.
Well at least some developers answered.
Thanks.

A question for developers, do we matter ?
Hello, after reading many threats on the same topic I also came across this pool > https://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=44782 , since a lot of players agree whit two of these proposed changes, why developers don't want to apply these changes ? Or begin with the most voted one to begin...

Re: The case against the Dwarvish Steelclad/Lord
I know, this threat is a bit old, but nothing happened in meantime ? Cause I completely agree, Steelclad and Guardsmans (especially levelled versions) are game braking, making survivals a joke. Steelclad is simply crazy, he deafeats easly Swordsmen and Pikemen (and most other units) for example, cau...

Re: New to game -- which mods are essentials?
Hello, there are no "essential mods", cool, nice and usefull ones yes, but none are really "essential" (I think the game is pretty self-contained) if not for particular cases like color blind ppl or those that can't bear the RNG or luck based games in general and so on. Anyway yo...

Re: Eagle's combined MP modifications thread
Hi Eagle_11, I tested a bit your mods, and found a bug. In the add-on "Loyalist Tweaks: Spearman unit-line tweaks" (Or Loyalist Tweaks: Blade and Spear as called in this thread), even if I untick the Javelineer skirmish option, when he promotes to Master Javelineer, he gets the skirmisher ...
