Are you waiting for complete sets of animations or are you committing finished animations as such without waiting for e.g. every direction. This refers to cavalry animations in particular: horseman has 80 or so frames in total, ... yet all the upgrades have none.

That's so odd... I've found and fixed the Siege Archer issue, thanks for pointing it out. I'll update the online version soon, but in the mean time it's the missing _ in the unit name in the cfg if you'd like to fix it yourself. The shaman looks great as is. The others could probably use more color ;) Nice study in minimalism.

I find it amazing how the violet (aubergin) and orange work out on the shaman trousers. And I finally see that "metal" look is not palette but mostly lighting.
