I currently am working on ideas for a new campaign, but I seem to have trouble opening the .cfg file to edit it. Are there any ways that I can edit it with just notepad, or am I going to have to use another program of the Internet to open and edit it?

Just started Protect the Guild again. Do the enemies seem really overpowered to anyone else (particularly the dwarves)? It would seem more relevant if the units recruited were more of Lv. 1s and less of Lv. 2s.
