Re: View room settings

If you hover over the i next to the map in the lobby, it will show whether there's a time limit set or not.

Re: Crashing on Httt scenario The Elven Council

If possible, I would suggest using the Steam or Flatpak version instead. 1.14.10 specifically had a fix for using SDL 2.0.10, and 1.14.13 had fixes for a memory leak as well as a significant engine bug.

Re: Cannot compile Wesnoth

I'd guess it's related to the same problems you've had getting boost setup. It's a bit strange that even just getting the libraries recognized was difficult though.

Re: Mount & Blade : Battle for Wesnoth

I'm not really sure, to be honest. At a minimum you'd need to specifically call out the GPL and CC music as being under their respective license, but I'm not a lawyer and I'm not sure about the case of a GPL asset being loaded by (I assume) non-GPL compatible code.

Re: Multiplayer Activity Report - 2020

May has been added - activity decreased somewhat, which is pretty expected given lock downs from the pandemic are starting to be less strict in a lot of places.

Re: Updating older versions

The existing 1.12 saves, add-ons, etc will not be modified.

As far as 1.16, that hasn't been determined yet.

As long as you're able to use music licensed under the GPL (or in one case Creative Commons), then yes.

Re: Updating older versions

You can try moving your save files from 1.12 to 1.14, but there's no guarantee they will continue working in 1.14.
