A problem would be if your unit leveled when you didn't want it to. Having a unit one or two points from leveling is a powerful tactical weapon.

As far as woses go with Knalgans, defensively, dwarf fighters, especially on good terrain, will hold out fairly well. ^Yes, but Pent, the thing is, if the Drake player is on the offensive, he gets to chose the engagements, to an extent. (Relating to Drakes v. Rebels) Ideally, they would target mages and/or with skirmishers, and target fighters with augers. But obviously, everything depends on the map, units on hand...

I can understand why the Oracle is the way it is and why it won't likely be changed. I do like the uniqueness, but my only concern was that there was no branch for solely offensive strength.

Maybe another unit altogether in that line...? :hmm:

I personally (nor anyone I know) have no problem with the "x-y" system.

Using 7x3 would give the you were going to do 21 damage, and is less aesthetic than 7-3.

The only other way I could see it represented is 7(3) as someone previously mentioned.

I just have a quick question. I like how you can have spaces with light filtering through, but if the light is coming from outside, why doesn't the light change with the time of day? Actually, the AI doesn't actively use leadership to start off with.

(Oh and by the way Glowing Fish that was a nice game we had a week-ish ago, You were under then name "mnharris" and we had a Drake mirror match if you remember)

Hey can I join? I personally dislike 1v1v1 matches, since what usually happens is that two people start fighting and what eventually happens is that one guy gets ganged up on, or the other takes villages and becomes unstoppable later.
