One tiny quibble - the light shading used to emphasise the cracks makes the bridges appear lighter in tone than the cave floors which surround them. This is particularly noticeable in the \ and / iterations, and less noticeable in the | iteration. My suggested fix would be to darken cracks, allowin...

cool, but with a problem. unless im wrong about this, you should probably widen the bridge to the south. Flying horse  Well we have a problem, but i think widen the bridge would still be wrong, because the units would stand towards one side of the bridge. Or if i move the whole bridge down, an...

Mog will probably need to look at how these would be committed/what the WML would be (if you don't already know how to do so). I really got problems with the WML stuff. That would be nice if someone else does this. The chasm transistions are a mess to me, and i'm not abel to build a chasm tile out ...

I like the concept, I was thinking about chasm/lava bridges the other day. Would make cave maps more interesting. Well, this bridge was only made for chasm, didn't even thought that lava needs one too. And if such a bridge is realistic, i think it has to be drawn half molten, or, am i wrong? Becaus...

Chasm Bridge
Here is what i have done until now. It is the north bridge, the others north-east and north-west need still to be done.
My attempt is, to give it a natural look in the colors of the chasm. Schould i go further with this concept?

The new version is much more in scale with the buildings, but like hunz says, it's too noisy. I actually think your path versions have been better than the main stone path; compared to yours, I now now feel that the base version is too sharp and clean and also that its stones are slightly oversized...

I honestly think both of these new ones look a fair deal worse than the previous version, but less saturated is the less ugly of the two. I do too. The problem lies in how bold and crisp the green lines are between the individual tiles, now - they were right, beforehand, but they're far, far too st...

...We still need at least 6 transitions, and the variation with more grass has the clumps at unnaturally even intervals. The list of png's should now be complete. After spending some time on coulored stones wich always were incompatible with some other terrain, i decided to limit the colors for the...
