They look female to me.

For appearing to be bottom half duelist top half vampire lady, it actually looks surprisingly good.
Sword Dancer's pose looks awkward though. Looks more like a defensive pose or the first frame in an attack animation.

The only point to these monsters would be use in campaigns. Things like the Yeti, that Bone Dragon, or creatures of that nature.
