How do I recruit on Reeve Hoban's keep?

The intro for Return to the Village says I can recruit from Reeve Hoban's keep. But Reeve Hoban never moves off his keep, and when I right click the castle tiles I am unable to recruit. How do I recruit in this mission?

Last post

If you move Arvith next or near Reeve, his AI might rarely move aside on his turn so you can recruit/recall from the keep them. But it really depends if he moves from that spot or not.

In standard meaning a marksman is defined as "a person skilled in shooting."

The Arif line in the Khalifate have marksman on melee attacks, which bugs me a bit. It's not a world-ending problem, but if others agree that it's an issue then we might as well look at how to resolve it.

It seems to me...
