Well, I have mixed feelings. On one side, lack of mages makes faction unique (well, Knalgans don't have them too), on the other side, they already have shamans in lore.

I think it is pretty good.

Currently I am playing Mount and Blade II Bannelord with Old Realms (Warhammer) mod. It is pretty good, however sometimes crashes.

Depends on type of Orc. Orcs looks and behave quite different in various media. Tolkienian or Warhammer orc? Definitely no. Warcraft orc? Maybe.

Dowloaded and played it a bit. Looks like a very cool idea. Why there is no bigger interest in it?

So... how do You get new gold for recrutiment, except of early finish bonus (and what about single scenarios)?

Maybe call "parties" - "factions", it sound more "medieval".
