Now the file is still a .txt file with the name _server.pbl. Shoud it be like this? Because on the add-ons server is still nothig.

Wesnoth wiki says that you need a _server.pbl file to upload a campaign. But how do you create a .pbl file? Do you need programs like PowerBuilder or is there also a simpler way?
