What version of Wesnoth are you running? It looks like FULL_MUSIC_PLAYLIST_NO_EVENT was introduced in version 1.14.2, so you might need at least that in order to load the add-on. Yes. If I didn't miscalculate, liminal is around 8 1/3 % better than neutral (or lawful or chaotic), averaged over 6 turns. Note - SXC and SXRPG are separate things. If the bug is that the AI doesn't move, then please check that you're using SXC rather than SXRPG.
