I found 1 reference to someone else who had the same problem, apparently my main character is still alive and not able to recruit , she should have died and become a litch in a much earlier campaigner, is there any way to edit game files to make her a litch and a leader. im at Meeting of the Ancients and it just says game over every time i start ,I relay relay want to keep playing this has been an amazing experience. I can recruit 2 people and then all i can see is them and it tells me im defeated.
