Re: An Orcish Incursion, Revised [Mainline Campaign]
I know that's the common assumption, but I don't think it really makes sense for a number of reasons. As I understand it, here's the timeline established by mainline:
- TRoW: the Lich Lords teleport orcs to the Green Isle via some sort of magical gate. This ability is never used again.
- TRoW ...

Re: An Orcish Incursion, Revised [Mainline Campaign]
It is heavily guarded! Erlornas had to go through the swamp to bypass most of Rualsha's orcs.
...but I get what you mean. Which difficulty did you play on? I'd dramatically increased Rualsha's army size compared to the original AOI, but if you played on Hard/Deadly and still found the scenario ...

Re: An Orcish Incursion, Revised [Mainline Campaign]
Hello, I want to share my feedback for this campaign.
I noticed this campaign is rewritten to explain how the orcs came to exist in the North, while adding more lore about silver magic. I feel this is a great attempt at it, but I still have some questions.
Like, wouldn't the gate be heavily ...

Re: Legend of The Far North [SP campaign] 1.18
Hello, I just finished playing this campaign, and I would say I enjoyed this more than the original. I couldn't comment on the balance since I played with some savescumming. But I played on the easiest difficulty and feel the first scenario is the hardest scenario because you need to defend against ...

Re: The Bearer of Waters (SP Dunefolk campaign for 1.18 & 1.19)
Hello, I have a question to ask, is it intended for the eminents to not appear as a playable unit despite being stated in the objective to be one of the loss condition should one of them die?

Re: Legend of Wesmere (1.20) - New Mainline Candidate!
Ok, so I managed to reach the last scenario, and I have to say, the way the scenario handles the defection is so weird. Like why defect this late? Half of my units that defected just fought against Landar in the previous scenario. And why use a method like store unit? It feels so arbitrarily, like ...

Re: Legend of Wesmere (1.20) - New Mainline Candidate!
Glad you like it so far! Regarding Olurf, could you please provide replays? We'd like to see how it plays out to make an informed decision, especially on lower difficulties (we test on the hardest. But any replays of any difficulty welcome anyway!)
Sorry, I don't think my replay would be really ...

Re: Legend of Wesmere (1.20) - New Mainline Candidate!
Hello, I want to report a bug, in the Battle of the Book, Aquagar failed to spawn. I guess this is because his custom unit is not yet defined, since I can't find a unit called "Wesfolk Necromancer" in the wesfolks.cfg. As for the campaign itself, so far so good. I like the new scenarios, but for the ...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
Hi there! It's been a while since one fellow LotI uploaded a tier list of the best units to employ in this campaign. Still, I am even more interested if there is a good soul who spent time min-maxing Efraim/Lethalia, especially for part II?
What I mean is that their AMLAs are really vast and ...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
So i got this helmet, mentioned in this thread like 10 years ago (Dugi replied at the time with the fix, the reported bug isn't the point it's more just to illustrate what item I'm talking about)
Am i reading it right that the damage from frostbite scales with cold resistance, so that units with ...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles
Hello, I want to ask something, is it intended that Book of Magical Swordplay and The Fencer's Study have similar amla, with BoMS being slightly better because it have an amla that grants an extra attack? Could they be more differentiated, with the BoMS granting more offensive-focused AMLAs? Like ...

Re: Chasing the Light — prequel to TRoW 1.18.3+
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll see what I can improve and make a more challenging version of this boss fight in the future.
As for the story part and that bug with the image mod, I can't reproduce either of those bugs. Could you tell me what operating system you're using and provide wesnoth's ...

Re: Chasing the Light — prequel to TRoW 1.18.3+
I hope you are feeling well now
Thank you for reporting the bug, I will investigate it tonight and fix it.
And did you finish your playthrough? What do you think about the bossfight in terms of difficulty?
I personally find it quite easy, since you just need to move next to all of the Memories ...
