Ok Started a new Campaign on Hard, the early scenarios is just as hard as I remember, tried to do elven S4 twice then gave up.
S7 Update seems like a nice foreshadowing on S12 change. Event is a bit of a surprise but elves are not hard pn plains.

Finished still belive that there is a drop in difficulty but I did lose some units later on so not as easy as medium. Ghostline goes up in value as Ai starts recruiting better units and you need to move units more. Cavalry are very situational so i usually dont bother. S10 Spiders might get a unit o...

Still a dip in difficulty after S4, but maybe thats intentional. Ok Started on Hard and had to use lots of walking corpses and archers for S2 + S3. A few ghouls and bats . Ok Campaign, a bit too easy for Intermediate rating, some surprises but not harder than baseline novice. Played on medium and will try hard. Played through it again, really like it. Can you update it to 1.16? Very replayable as you always change composition depending on how many survive earlier scenarios.

Played through it, overall good campaign. Dont have any problem with other maps but last scenario is a BIG SLOG. Took me several days to get through it before I gave up and used cheats. Tricky difficulty and AI turns taking way too long even with AI moves disabled and max speed. Have 8gb ram and 2.1...

Ok made it through. Critical part was T8 letting the enemy try kill my Champion with his Wolfpack at day. I like Heroes/Champions, better than Spearmen at making enemies regret their attacks.
