Re: Android support thread
I just updated a new version with a little higher distance threshold. Can you please check if it's good on your device? I'm sad to say, that it's still not working. I can't recognize even any effect. For example, when it's the following situation: Tap.png My finger is still touching the tablet. Unt...

Re: Android support thread
Hi again, read on GooglePlay (as also discussed here): When tapping very close to pointer in pointer follows finger mode, pointer will not be moved *only if finger has just been raised*, in order to make mis-tapping correction easier Are you sure the code is in this version, have you tried it and is...

Re: Android support thread
I must admit I am really amazed by how much people are helping me by giving ideas and contributions to it on this forum and by email. It's enjoyable to be creative and work on a nice project - more enjoyable than playing the game. ;) One more thing... somebody has complained by email that the close...

Re: Android support thread
Can you also tell us how to find this software keyboars? Of course - there are some of this kind. The first I'd found and like most is that one on my screenshot, it's MessagEase Keyboard (on GooglePlay) When using a software, I always like to know the intention of the programmer - I don't like to b...

Re: Android support thread
First impressions: very good !!! Just a last word about software keyboard support... I know that having to install Hacker's Keyboard is not a perfect solution, but I really cannot support every kind of proprietary keyboard, since they differ a lot in the way they handle scancodes. Oh, I didn't thoug...

Re: Android support thread
I tried now with the hackers keyboard, now I can write, ... Strange - how??? Found the option "use permanent notification" with which I can do it. :) (Nevertheless would be better to open every keyboard without any other software.) At this time, I'm also not able writing uppercase...

Strange - how??? I also have a Samsung Galax Tab 2, but the keyboard didn't appear, also I've tested Hackers Keyboard (and 3 others I prefere). A wor...

Re: Android support thread
Hi, first, congratulation to the good work you made to the new icon/logo - looks very well. I've tested the new version (new features) a little bit. The 2fingertap for right click makes it something better, but still not perfect. (Oh, should also test 2fingertap for left click.) The problem is, that...

Re: Android support thread
But after thinking a long about it I am still not sure how it would feel. You would not be able to send mouse movement events without sending a click too. For example, suppose you want to check how many turns a unit will need to reach an hex... normally you select the unit and move the pointer over...

Re: Android support thread
Ok, now I think I've got what you mean, Fine! :D but... I was thinking about a different solution. Sending left-click events on 2nd finger tapping... wouldn't it be helpful in menu option picking? So probably IMHO the easiest solution is having a startup option which let you choose how to use 2nd f...

Re: Android support thread
first of all thank you for trying my android port of this great game, and thank you for taking some time to publish your suggestions. Thanks for taking the time creating this port. Also thanks for your (idea of your) demo version: 10 minutes testing all features is much better than only play the tu...

Re: Android support thread
Hi, first a few words about me: Some time ago I've played Battle for Wesnoth, but not very intensively. I don't know if I should start playing it again (falling into addiction). So you shouldn't took too much attention about my words, only if you yourself believe it's good. Nevertheless I like to pu...
