Error message is gone. Damage still drops to 1 on all attacks (this includes magical ranged attacks) following the use of Whirlwind. Leveling up does not restore base damage. Base damage starts to restore to proper value over the course of several turns (3-4), assuming no subsequent use of Whirlwind...

I am experiencing an issue with whirlwind and cleave, neither of which seem to be working. Game returns a "<Invalid WML found> [get_unit_resistance] not supported" message.

In reference to the bandit scenario, in all the times I have played it, the bandits wind up being triggered (mainly by the wisps) prior to the killing of the lich. Other than that, the scenario seems to run normally. Kill lich, Argan and crew show up and talk; southern knight shows up and offers ban...

I could swear that prior to the current update unclaimed drops were automatically picked up and placed into item storage at the end of a scenario, this does not appear to be the case anymore. Was I just imagining that this was happening? I deleted the campaign and all saves, reloaded it and the drop...
