Re: Orcish Campaign: The Founding of Borstep (For 1.9 too!)

Hello,

I have finished the campaign now and I think this is the best campaign I ever have played. I have played most mainline and some add-ons.
What did I like? Every scenario is different and has different kind of challenges in tactics. There is also plenty of things to explore.

Thank You,

Cope

Re: Invasion from the Unknown (1.90.7) for Wesnoth 1.10 & 1.

Hello,

I play Iftu on 1.90.7.1 on 1.11.7. When i came to the scenario The elf versus Goliath, when i finished my turn 2 the whole program shut down without warning. I have tried and installed the file mentioned above theme/iftu-cutscene without effect.

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello To me, it is welcome with development of AFL or AFML, if you like. Turuk, I suggest you add your name in the credits in AFL (perhaps I dont have loaded the last version). Abour AFML. The ideas you have about scenario 2 perseo seems good and interesting to me. The scenario 1 is not very challen...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello Perseo: It is not like it is the same maps in AFML like in AFL. When i looked at it now what i can see is that the files for AFL-scenario sacred land is in AFML, for no reason at all, except that i have forgotten to remove it. But from what i know i dont think that should cause a problem. Yes,...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Well, at least the version I'm playing (the one in 1.10 addon server) is written in kinda broken english, and some polishing in the dialogues would be welcome, I'm sure, to make them more fluid (I'm now thinking at the first confrontation with the elves, it seemed quite awkward to me). I'm in an in...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello Thanks Elvish hunter for many good comments and ideas. Thanks Turuk for developing. About the last scenario I admit it perhaps is too hard. The way I use to beat it is running east with T, arrive to the mountains where he moves quicker than the orcs and continuing behind the orc-keeps down to ...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello, I have missed the communication going on this forum for a while. I had it set to send me an email when there was a new post here, but this seem to be inactivated, maybe because I has not been that active on the forum. Anyway, Thanks Turuk for replying the players when I did not. Thanks also f...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello again, Well, I am still not sure what the problem is. Do you want to know how to get through the level? The way I have done this level is to run quite much to the east. It is cruel but effective to leave some dwarf behind to slow the orcs down, as you mentioned. The way I find easiest is to go...

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello Flameslash,

I am not sure what the problem is. The idea of the scenario is that you have to run rather than to fight. I guess it should be possible to beat the scenario with the group you are mentioning.

Re: Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello, How to get out of prison: Have you tried to explore the dungeon with Trischka, the goblin? The goblin is the only one who can trigger (1) a message where he says how to walk the last part in the cave (this is in the northeast part of the cave) and (2) that an unwalkabale hex (cave wall) turns...

Campaign: A Few Logs

Hello,

I have posted a campaign at the official server named A Few Logs. It is an adventure about a young dwarf scout. It contains 8 scenarios. Only medium level is tested.
You are welcome to give feedback here.
