Re: The Library of Kratemaqht [SP Campaign]

Hi, I like the campaign however i can't get past "a visit from old friends," the escape from Cahal's castle. Is there something I'm missing? It seems like the guards are just too strong. I haven't even gotten to the point of trying to fight the spectre yet.

Re: Wanted help moving windows saves to linux

Thanks for the info. When I tried the suggestion to look it up on terminal I figured out why I couldn't find it-- .local was a hidden folder. But loading saves worked! Pretty nifty. I'm able to download the add-ons without too much trouble, so I'll think I won't worry about trying to make the window...

Re: Cities of the Frontier (aka sim-Wesnoth)

I'm a little confused about the Dwarf Fortress vs. Wesnoth issue. What I like about Cotf in many ways is that it combines some of the resource management/sandbox elements of DF with Wesnothian military tactics. Taptap, I'm not sure why you think this is a problem-- is it perhaps because the coding w...

Re: Cities of the Frontier (aka sim-Wesnoth)

Mad props to Esci for this campaign and of course all the hardworking volunteers who have made this game so awesome. Basically played Wesnoth obsessively for a few months until I got bored, then decided to check it out again recently and when I stumbled across Cities of the Frontier I was super intr...

Thanks for the advice. I did one skirmish and that extra gold did the trick.

Re: Bad Moon Rising & Trinity

Hi, Thanks for the campaign. I enjoyed the first level on BMR II, but have found the second level, "Rescue," impossible to win. I feel I am pretty good at this game, having completed all but two or three of the mainline campaigns. I'm not sure if perhaps the AI has too much gold on this le...
