Re: Panther Lord (EoFM campaign)
Congrats on finishing, taptap! And thanks for the commentary!
I will ask Velensk about this. It sounds like it might need to go on my bug fix list.the unintended (?) 50% imperialist defence in forests - as the 50% flat overrides the 30% forest defence

Re: Panther Lord (EoFM campaign)
Thanks for your continued feedback taptap! I wish I could offer helpful advice, but you're waaayyy over my head here. So all I can really say is: good luck! And I hope you find the rest of the campaign a fun challenge. (And that I'll get to those copy edits and bug fixes as soon as I finish the unit...

Re: Salt Wars (EoFM campaign)
Thank you for all your feedback! I'll check to see what fixes/improvements I can do on my own, (although it'll have to wait until I'm finished cheating my way through Velensk's expert Four Moons campaign, Panther Lord, to makes sure it all still works) and then make sure that Velensk takes a good lo...

Re: Salt Wars (EoFM campaign)
"Great campaign, well thought-out (and high-casualty) era.." Thank you! Always nice to hear that all the work Velensk put into this hasn't been in vain. :) And thank you also for the comments and suggestions. (I'm not as good a player as you, but FWIW, what's worked best for me in scenario...

Re: Salt Wars (EoFM campaign)
The "Salt Wars" title comes from the fact that the protagonist is a trader from the sea states, who has been assigned to a trading post far up-river where he trades with the tribes from the interior highlands. One of the principal items the highlanders are after is salt. When he is attacke...

Re: Salt Wars (EoFM campaign)
Thanks for the bug report!
I have just uploaded a new version that should have fixed this problem. (I hope!)

Re: Era of Four Moons
I've tested Four Moons in multiplayer using 1.10.1 and as far as I can tell everything is working. (The shifters still change form, the pygmy witches still turn people into toads, etc.) I uploaded a version with new art for the "extended" Dalefolk faction, and also some new art for the &qu...

Re: Era of Four Moons
I'm not sure what "active" means. Velensk had to take a couple years off, so there's just me (the artist) holding the fort until he gets back. He didn't really seem to be expecting me to do much except update it for the next version, though, and I haven't seen the announcement for the next...

Re: Panther Lord (EoFM campaign)
Thanks for your feedback, Black Sword. Velensk will be offline for a considerable length of time, but he asked me to keep an eye on things, so your comments are still being read and appreciated--I hope everyone will continue to share their reactions. It may take a while for any changes other than bu...

Re: Getting a critique
I couldn't say about Garage Band, but some musical softwares have a "humanize" function, which kinda is the opposite of "quantize". Yes, indeedy. I do appear to have have a humanize function built right into the software I'm already using (Melody Assistant, in case anyone cares)...

Re: Getting a critique
I'm the person that has been providing Velensk with artwork for Four Moons, so this is my composition we're discussing here. :rueful: I'd like to thank everyone who gave it a listen, and most especially those who commented. The samples are the first thing that sticks out. If you want to make orchest...
