I'd vote for considering it a bug. The issue is the terrain's properties, not the unit's properties. error "macro/file 'value=false' is missing". That error means the WML preprocessor is trying to process the Lua code. I also don't know, why there isn't an Arabic translation available, because in my old 1.10 installation it is at least selectable in the language menu. I think using [/x][+x] is probably some evil that started as a way to make macros look nice, using the SyntaxWML#Tag_Amendment_Syntax . Avoid using it unless you have to. Ageless Resources has an ART_LICENSE in the top level directory that says "See separate ART_LICENSE files under subdirectories.", but there aren't any in the subdirectories. Ravana has confirmed that "They dont have anything that needs ART_LICENSE yet, that is only once I bring in new archaic era."

With 1.14, the "State" drop-down in the line above that has a "Publishable" option, which shows only the add-ons that are ready for uploading.
