Re: RPG AMLA 2
No, that is not my intention - I just felt pity there is a perfect add-on (dugi's RPG AMLA) with only few bugs which are however annoying; and because the add-on and its creator seem inactive I have decided to repair the bugs and post this add-on. But it is the very same add-on! So far I have not ma...

Re: RPG AMLA 2
Well, I think this era is quite ballanced - of course you can make a "Frankenstein" (an incredibly powerful unit, you mean, do you?) and the difference between the weakest and strongest unit will be greater, but still in my opinion it does not ruin the game necessarilly. (If this is what y...

RPG AMLA 2
Hello, here I would like to post some new information about the "RPG AMLA 2" era. Any feedback of yours is welcome. First, some basic information: - the RPG AMLA era is an era in which you can level-up your units even after they reach the maximum level. This aditional leveling means choosi...

Re: Legend of the Invincibles and RPG AMLA Era feedback
Hello, first I wanted to say I thought RPG AMLA is the best Westnoth add-on for sure! I usually play using it. Therefore I want to mention a few flaws of it just to support its possible future growth. I noticed some upgrades had no (visible) effect at all (I mean, there is no change compared to the ...

Midland add-on
Hello, I have re-published the Midland add-on for 1.8 version. For the ones who do not know it: it is a tribute to J.R.R. Tolkien (you know: "Mid-land"...) It has two maps: 1. whole Middle-earth map for 2-8 players and 2. small Gondor+Mordor map for 2 players. The maps are using a recruitm...

the World add-on
Hi, some days ago, I have published an add-on called simply World. Its name is slightly misleading because the whole world map is not done yet, so the only published map is a map of my homeland, the Czech republic. However, if there will be some positive response, I don't mind creating some other pa...

Re: Midland Pack (tribute to J.R.R.)
Velensk: Well, I must say the classic map is some kind of by-product of my main effort, the Empires mode map. However, you are right about the ors - I am gonna change Sauron's and Saruman's side to orcs - but I do not think I am gonna create of modify the factions ('cause I have other ideas). About...

Re: Midland Pack (tribute to J.R.R.)
I think that if there is copyrighted stuff on the map, you should not even post any link to it on this forums either. Yes, it is a problem. We do not permit the development or distribution of work based on copyrighted material on our servers or forums. This is for our legal protection, I'm sure tha...

Midland Pack (tribute to J.R.R.)
I have just published a two maps MP pack called the Midland. The first map is quite big and it is created for 8 players! ; the second one is simply a smaller part of the big one, and it is for 2 players. Because of the huge size of the main map I have decided to use Blueblaze's mode of recruiting un...

Re: Tiny Maps
Close Relation: The first player gets a huge advantage, particularly if their leader is strong against the other leader. While you only gave enough gold for each player to recruit once, every time I moved my leader on to the enemies castle and attacked him. When it was his turn, he could recruit an...

Re: Tiny Maps
Well, I have added few neutral units to some maps (to Cloud City, Monty and Snowman). So, it is the 1.1 version.

Tiny Maps - now with Chess and Checkers!
Hi everyone, I would like to introduce my Tiny Maps add-on (you can install it from the list of add-on in the game). As the name suggests, it is a pack of very small maps. Some of the maps are kind of puzzle - when you discover how to play it, the computer has no chance (but do not be mistaken: it i...
