Re: Are the expert campaigns doable without +stats?
So, what I'm hearing is that it is possible, with bad luck, to beat the expert campaigns. Is this right?

Are the expert campaigns doable without +stats?
Hey, folks, I have played an expert campaign or two, and I'm under the impression that in order to succeed, you need some luck on your side--as in, no negative stats. This could very easily be my inexperience or lack of strategic know-how, but I find that if you get a stroke of bad luck, your only o...

Option to pick any five units
Hey, folks,
This is probably a 101 newb question, but I played a version of Isar's Cross where we could select any leader, and pick any five units to be summonable. I wanted to know how to get this option, if it's a custom map, etc. Thanks in advance!

Re: Wesband 0.2.3, saurians, orcs, goblins and magic
Thanks for the quick response. I really enjoy it, and I hope there's a plot (is there a plot later of any substantial amount?)
Also, will old versions be movable to later versions?

Probably a really newb question, and apologies if it's been addressed--have done some searching, but: does this game have an ending, or is it infinitely long?

Cooperative campaign list
Hi, I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but I haven't been able to find it after much searching. I have found the user created campaign list, but there is no cooperative play marked. So, does anyone know of a post, or have a list, or even just a couple suggestions handy for cooperative c...

High quality co-op campaigns
Howdy. Did a search, and could only find results for one co-op campaign. I'm looking for some tried and tested, high quality co-op campaigns. Any recommendations? Also, I'm ESPECIALLY interested in three player campaigns. Are those even available? I'd be interested in these, most of all. Thanks.

Re: The Rise of Wesnoth: Clearwater Port
(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? 1.4.7. Normal. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 8. I think 8 is the optimum difficulty, if it's difficult for the right reasons. This is, thus far, my favorite scenario to date. My brother played this le...

Re: The Rise of Wesnoth: Temple of the Deep
(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? 1.4.7. Normal. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 9. I found this excruciatingly difficult. The tentacle monsters were extremely easy, but the skeleton barrage was no fun at all. I didn't want to lose my h...

(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? 1.4.7. Normal. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 2. Considering the campaigns are now in "intermediate" difficulty, I expect it to be as such. This scenario definitely felt like "novice&quo...

(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? Normal, 1.4.7. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 2. I read the above review, and was shocked at how difficult the gentleman thought this scenario was, but then I realized he was playing it on 1.5.7. Maybe...

Re: Scenario Review: (HTTT) A Choice Must be Made
(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? Normal, 1.4.7. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 3. It was somewhat challenging, as I went for the orcs, and the undead had many units that could chase after me, like wraiths and chocobones. However, the ...

(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? Normal, 1.4.7. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 4. I died the first time because I let Konrad stay an extra turn at the encampment, which wasn't good for my strategy. I also didn't recruit proper units f...

Re: South Guard 7b. Pebbles in the Flood
(1) What difficulty levels and game versions have you played the scenario on? Normal, 1.4.7 (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) How to rate this? Um. I guess 8, since I only started the next mission with two extra units (I'm assuming that's bad). (3) How clear did you find the scenar...
