The git clone I made that release from was corrupted. I'll remake it, next release should be fine.

One of the people on the board will be appointed treasurer. This person will have direct access to and responsibility for our financial accounts. This person must be a US citizen. The behavior you're seeing looks more like 1.13 dev release and not 1.12.6 . At least 1.12 doesn't have a button to get paths.

Any "developer approved" pack would be wholly redundant considering that wesnoth already contains a builtin pack of campaigns. I've committed a change that makes scons pass -F pe-i386 for multilib 32bit builds. Also I've uploaded my current dependency archive for dev branch. It contains SDL2 too.

I used TDM mingw-w64 5.1.0 from http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/. I added multilib_arch option to scons to make 32-bit binaries since mingw-w64 makes 64-bit binaries by default. multilib_arch=32 would pas -m32 both to compiler and linker. I also upgraded boost to 1.59. Didn't get any errors with this set...

I already don't remember where exactly I took windows dev files for vorbis but it was probably their official dev release. Or from some other SDK that happened to provide it. I can build my own but I'll have trouble reproducing this bug I bet. I'd appreciate if you determined which combination of SD...
