I'll agree the pose is a little off.
As I see it the left (well, it's right) upper arm should be angling away from the body a bit, right now it seems to be angling towards the body and other arm.
Other than that, good job. And I really like the line work on the latest.

What system are you using ubertuna? If you have a mac and don't have x11 installed (me :?), Seashore is a similar program that works well.

I actually like the ghost robe on the tall guy, it makes it look like a GIANT mustache beard combo.

He has a rather ugly beard parasite on his face...
Seriously though, its a bit too shapeless right now, and mishapens his face. You might also want to make the head bigger in general.
